Mint Condition - E-Life (2008)

Después de 17 años de carrera, a vuelvo a la escena musical la banda Mint Condition proveniente de Minneapolis. Se iniciaron en 1980 como un grupo pertenecientes de el soul, R&B y algo de jazz conformados por un guitarrista Homero O’Dell, Stokley Williams vocalista, Ricky Kinchen bajista, Larry Waddell pianista y Jeffrey Allen tecladista y saxofonista. Un grupo que sin duda a marcado una historia desde su primer disco en 1991 Meant to Be Mint, es así como este 2008 vuelve con su sexto trabajo pero que sin duda seria su segundo éxito musical llamado E-Life, en este podemos encontrar colaboraciones como Anthony Hamilton, Phonté (Little Brother) y Ali Shaheed Muhammad (A Tribe Called Quest) un disco muy bien trabajo que promete romperla, esto se puede ver demostrado en su octava posición en los Billboard. Un disco que sin duda debemos escuchar y sacar nuestras propias conclusiones he aquí un regalo para los que fueron o son seguidores de Mint Condition.
